Tim Boatright NOW

Before joining Marketing Associates, Tim was a teenager. He has been with the company for over 20 years, which in our field is virtually unheard of. And quite possibly insane. Actually, before joining the company in 1981 he worked as an art director for a large grocery chain’s in-house advertising department and for another Tampa-based advertising and PR firm.

As Vice President/Creative, Tim works closely with account and creative teams to produce strategic and innovative direct marketing. His work has helped Marketing Associates USA earn hundreds of prestigious honors, including 9 Clios, scores of regional and National Addy Awards.

With over 25 years experience, Tim has worked on everything from major pharmaceutical and telecommunications accounts to the latest internet start-ups. His responsibilities include concept development, creative direction, graphic design, multi media development and as a video producer for a host of corporate clients. He is a graduate of The Art Institute Of Fort Lauderdale, class of 1979, with a degree in advertising.

His experience includes work for brands such as Bellsouth, Pepsico, Pharmacia & Upjohn, Burger King, Johnson & Johnson and Seagram’s.

Tim is married to Julie and they have a young daughter, Alyson and a son, Scott and a Jack Russell terrier named Pablo. When not chauffeuring the kids around, Tim enjoys creating personal artwork, reading and an occasional cigar.
